User-Generated Content, Licensing, and Liability

You are solely responsible for the legality of any assets or games you upload. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your content, and you agree to indemnify us against any copyright or legal claims. We act solely as an infrastructure provider and assume no liability for user content. By publishing content on our platform, you grant other users a limited license to access and play it. For games generated by our AI services, you receive the rights to use the outputs, but we cannot guarantee their absolute uniqueness.
